WebbUnfortunately it looks like Agent of Mara doesn't work, neither does Stealth 1-5. I was hoping that Agent of Mara was able to be permanently boosted but when I took on some mages after gaining the buff and taking a +7000% potion I was still able to reduce the damage by taking Magic Resistance perks which tells me that I wasn't at the cap.
